Sofie's extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors includes various roles at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) from August 2013 to September 2018, progressing from Analyst to Vice President. Earlier experience includes internships at Issembert Companies, Sheraton NY Hotel & Towers, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and Shoreham Hotel. Sofie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, obtained in 2013, with a minor in Real Estate.
