Charlotte Chase

Charlotte Chase, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlotte is currently serving as the Training Director at EOS Worldwide since September 2022. Charlotte previously held the position of Vice President Sales Marketing at Allegra Marketing · Print · Mail, where they were responsible for strategic operations and co-owned the business since 2007. Charlotte also worked as an Instructional Systems Designer at GP Strategies Corporation from January 2021 to August 2022. Moreover, Charlotte has worked as an Adjunct Faculty at both University of Phoenix (2007-2021) and Capella University (2010-2017). Charlotte has held positions such as Director of Certification at International Society for Performance Improvement (2014-2016) and Program Director at Laureate Higher Education Group (2009). Prior to that, they served as the Dean at Northcentral University (2007-2009) and Volunteer Coordinator at ISPI (2005-2008). Charlotte has also been actively engaged in various professional organizations and presented at multiple international conferences.

Charlotte Chase, Ph.D. completed their high school education at Clawson High School, earning a high school diploma with a focus on college preparation. Charlotte then attended Oakland Community College from 1971 to 1976, where they received an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration. Following this, from 1976 to 1978, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources at Oakland University. Charlotte continued their education at Oakland University from 1978 to 1980, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Counseling. Finally, they attended Wayne State University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology.
