Don Tinney

Don Tinney has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Don started their own company, 87plus, in 2005, where they served as a Certified EOS Implementer. Don also worked at EOS Worldwide, LLC as an Owner and VP starting in the same year. Prior to these roles, they were a Pastor/Elder at the Reformed Baptist Church of Kalamazoo. Don was also an Owner/Partner at Prudential Preferred, REALTORS from 2003 to 2005. Before that, they served as CEO/Corporate Manager at Preferred Carlson Realtors, where they played a key role in the company's significant growth.

Don Tinney attended Adrian College from 1970 to 1975, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Ecology.
