Erin Thiem

Erin Thiem is a Professional EOS Implementer at EOS Worldwide since November 2022, specializing in assisting entrepreneurs and leadership teams in resolving core issues, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and achieving business traction through a proven operating system. Prior to this role, Erin co-founded Back Home Bakery, successfully managing its turnaround and eventual sale from April 2015 to October 2022. As Director of Revenue Management at RealPage, Inc. from September 2010 to April 2015, Erin collaborated with multi-family industry operators and investors to apply operational best practices, driving revenue growth and occupancy success. Erin's career began as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at C. L. MCDADE & COMPANY, LLC, where comprehensive appraisals of diverse property types were conducted throughout the DFW Metroplex. Erin holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, both from Texas A&M University.
