John McMahon

John McMahon is an experienced business leader and certified Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), currently serving as an Expert EOS® Implementer at EOS Worldwide since June 2014 and as the Founder of TrellisWorks since February 2018. At TrellisWorks, McMahon focuses on enhancing leadership team alignment and accountability, leading clients to faster growth and improved profitability. As the President and Founder of Traction Leadership LLC, McMahon guides business owners in clarifying and achieving their vision using EOS methodologies. Prior to these roles, McMahon held executive positions at Madden Communications and served as an adjunct faculty member at Elmhurst College, teaching graduate courses in Supply Chain Business Strategies. McMahon's education includes a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Colorado Boulder.
