Michelle Ng

Michelle Ng has a diverse work experience across various industries. Michelle began their career as a Head Teacher at the KYCC Children's Center, where they played a crucial role in developing the curriculum and program. Michelle then transitioned to become a Curriculum and Site Supervisor, undertaking various projects and responsibilities to enhance the center's program. Michelle also served as a Co-Founder and Curriculum Consultant at Tree House Children's Village, where they contributed to the development of the organization.

In 2015, Michelle joined Magnet360 as a Business Consulting Analyst, later progressing to the role of Business Consultant. During their time at Magnet360, they gained over six years of experience in Salesforce CRM, specializing in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Community Cloud. Michelle led client discovery sessions, designed business processes, and implemented solutions using Agile delivery methodology. Michelle played a key role in multiple enterprise-level implementation projects involving systems integrations, data migration, lightning migration, knowledge rollout, CTI integration, and customer community forum.

Most recently, Michelle joined EOS Worldwide as a Salesforce Director.

Michelle Ng obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from UC Irvine. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified App Builder, Salesforce.com Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce.com Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce.com Field Service Lightning Consultant.
