Zaidy Ramirez

Zaidy Ramirez has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and software development. Zaidy began their career as an intern at 3Com in 2003. From there, they worked as a consultant at Cezanne Software, where they customized talent management applications for clients in various industries. Zaidy then moved on to Jobpartners, where they served as an IT Technical Consultant and a Salesforce.com Certified Developer, working on developing and customizing SaaS applications for e-Recruitment and talent management businesses.

Zaidy later joined Tquila, where they worked as a Salesforce Consultant and a Salesforce Senior Consultant, responsible for implementing, configuring, and developing Salesforce applications for clients. Zaidy then worked at K2 Partnering Solutions, where they served in various roles, including Head of Enterprise Architecture, Director of Engineering and Automation, Global Director of Salesforce Managed Services, and currently as the Americas Director of Salesforce Managed Solutions. In these roles, Zaidy focused on managing resources, identifying development opportunities, and adding business value through progressive core systems.

In 2023, Zaidy also took on roles at K2 University, K2 Managed Solutions, and K2 Talent Solutions, all as the Americas Director of Salesforce Managed Solutions. Through their work experience, Zaidy has demonstrated expertise in Salesforce development and management, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

Zaidy Ramirez completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from Brunel University London from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, Zaidy also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the same university, from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Zaidy has earned several certifications. In 2018, Zaidy became a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II. More recently, in 2022, Zaidy obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect certifications. Furthermore, Zaidy has completed various online courses, including "Build a Blockchain & Cryptocurrency | Full-Stack Edition" from Udemy in 2021 and "How to Build Chatbots: From Beginner to Intermediate" from Udemy in 2020. Zaidy also completed courses such as "Automate the Boring Stuff with Python Programming" and "Build Incredible Chatbots" from Udemy in 2020.
