Sue Hawkes

Sue Hawkes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business leadership and development. Currently serving as an Expert EOS Implementer® at EOS Worldwide since August 2011 and as CEO of YESS! Your Extraordinary Success Strategies, Inc. since April 2001, Sue specializes in coaching, training, and facilitating employee engagement to help businesses achieve their vision. In addition, Sue hosts the Intentional Greatness® podcast, focusing on impactful conversations for entrepreneurs and leaders. Sue's previous roles include Chapter Chair at WPO, CEO at Performance Excellence Network, and various positions in business development and marketing at IT Works, PERC, The Gaughan Companies, and Target Corporation. Sue holds a BFA in Studio Arts and Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota and an AAS in Graphic Design from North Hennepin Community College.
