Wendy Waldron

Wendy Waldron is the CEO of WaldronWorks, LLC and a certified EOS Implementer® at EOS Worldwide, where since September 2021, focus has been on helping business owners achieve their goals and build high-performance leadership teams. As the owner and operations leadership consultant at WaldronWorks since October 2018, Wendy has been professionally trained as an EOS coach. Previous experience includes serving as the Administrative Director for Oncology at Glens Falls Hospital from September 2009 to May 2018, where leadership encompassed multiple cancer-related services, as well as working as the Ancillary Services Director at Hudson Headwaters Health Network, which involved overseeing various health services. Additional roles include Practice Manager for Cardiovascular Services at Guthrie Clinic and Area Coordinator at Smith College. Wendy's commitment to community service is highlighted by a volunteer experience in Mozambique, coupled with a degree in Sociology and Religion from Colgate University.
