Previously, Art held the position of Director of Data Integration at Specialty Networks, where leadership over a team resulted in a 20% improvement in data accessibility through a homegrown ETL tool, as well as a 30% increase in data efficiency via a new ETL architecture using Databricks. As Director of Data Engineering at PopHealthCare, Art managed a multi-million-dollar portfolio and advanced patient care by developing risk scores that improved preventive care measures by 10%. Art also brings extensive experience from roles in business intelligence and data analytics across various healthcare organizations, complemented by an MIS degree from Tennessee Technological University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
