Larry Grate

Larry Grate, PE, GICSP, CISSP, serves as the Director of Business Development for OT Infrastructure & Security at EOSYS, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Larry was the Director of OT Cyber and Control System Cyber SME at Aleta Technologies, Inc. from August 2022 to July 2024, and before that, held various roles including Director of Technology and Account Delivery Manager at EOSYS from June 2007 to August 2022, focusing on account management, project management, and system architecture. Larry's entrepreneurial experience includes owning Genesis Systems and Analysis, providing control solutions for manufacturing and defense industries from 2004 to 2007, and owning SysCon Engineering from 1997 to 2001, specializing in control system solutions. Earlier engineering roles spanned companies such as Mercer University, Southeast Paper Company, J. M. Huber, and ABB, with a solid foundation in software design, DCS programming, and process control engineering. Larry holds a Master's of Science in Cybersecurity from St. Bonaventure University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mercer University.
