Govind Raj

Govind Raj has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over 16 years. Govind is currently employed as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at EOX Vantage since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Browndove Healthcare Pvt Ltd from July 2019 to April 2021. Govind also worked as an HR Manager at Tianhe Chemicals from November 2012 to July 2019 and as the Lead - HR at Sasken Technologies Limited from June 2010 to October 2012. In addition, Govind Raj gained valuable experience at Essar as a Regional HR Manager from December 2008 to June 2010, where they handled various HR activities including talent acquisition, HR operations, attendance management, compensation administration, and employee engagement. Before that, they were a Deputy Manager in HR at Reliance Communications from February 2005 to December 2008, where they managed the complete employee life-cycle, handled HR operations, compensation administration, and statutory compliance.

Govind Raj pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor's Degree in Science in Computer Science. Govind attended Bangalore University from 1999 to 2002 for this degree. Following this, they pursued an MBA in HR from Bangalore University, studying from 2002 to 2004. Currently, Govind Raj is enrolled in V V Puram College of Law, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of Law. Govind started their LLB program in 2021 and is expected to complete it in 2024.
