Kristopher Robert Kaun is an experienced human resources professional with a solid track record in talent acquisition, retention strategies, and operational growth. At Takeda, as Associate Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Kaun successfully reduced voluntary turnover by over 60% within the first fiscal year through targeted retention initiatives.
