Wan Nur Nadia Wan Dzulkifli

Wan Nur Nadia Wan Dzulkifli has work experience in two companies. From November 2017 to May 2018, they worked at Diebold Nixdorf as an Incident Control Centre, where they were responsible for resolving service requests and associated issues for customers in real-time. WAN NUR NADIA 'stasks included monitoring open tickets, providing solutions, performing process tasks, and communicating with customers and third parties.

Afterwards, from May 2018 onwards, they joined E&P O&M Services Sdn Bhd (EPOMS) as a Management Information System Technician. In this role, they provided technical support for IT-related, network, and telecommunication issues to both onshore and offshore staff. WAN NUR NADIA ensured smooth IT operation support and documented solutions for future reference. WAN NUR NADIA 'sresponsibilities also included troubleshooting system and network problems, setting up new user accounts, and handling password issues.

Wan Nur Nadia Wan Dzulkifli completed their Bachelor's degree in Networking System at the University of Kuala Lumpur (MIIT) from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Education in Computer Science from Kolej Universiti Poly-Tech MARA between 2010 and 2013.
