Jessica Hodges

Jessica Hodges has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jessica began their career as a Trainee Lawyer at Ofgem in 2007 and later joined Herbert Smith Freehills as a Trainee Lawyer in 2008. Jessica then returned to Ofgem and held various roles, including Legal Adviser, Senior Legal Adviser, and Principal Lawyer. In these positions, they advised on regulatory compliance matters, asset unbundling, offshore transmission, and interconnectors. Jessica also played a key role in developing policies and processes to attract new entrants to the energy market. In 2021, Jessica became the Interim Deputy Director at Ofgem, where they managed the operational aspects of the Commercial legal team and oversaw the growth and development of the team. Jessica is currently working as a Principal Lawyer at EP UK Investments Ltd.

Jessica Hodges attended BPP Law School from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued a postgraduate degree in Law.
