Amanda Haugen

Amanda Haugen, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Manager at Electrical Power Products since June 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at the City of Des Moines, where Amanda held the positions of Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Assistant from August 2013 to June 2023. Amanda also worked as an HR Coordinator at SumTotal Systems between April 2012 and August 2013, and prior to that, served as a Field Specialist Assistant at AcreLink Ltd from August 2005 to April 2012. Early career experience includes a supervisory role at Directions Research Corporation from June 2003 to August 2005. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources from Kaplan University (2011-2012) and has earned an Associate of Arts and an Associate of Science in Clinical Psychology from North Iowa Area Community College (2004-2005).
