Marco Caetano

Marco Caetano is an experienced professional in the water management sector, currently serving as the Head of Licensing and private water networks Area and Project Engineer at EPAL – Empresa Portuguesa das Águas Livres, SA since May 2010, focusing on the analysis and supervision of private water systems projects. Prior to this role, Marco worked at Águas do Mondego S.A. from March 2007 to May 2010 as the Coordinator of Water Supply System, overseeing the water supply subsystem for the city of Leiria. Marco's academic background includes a postgraduate degree in technology and water management from Nova School of Business and Economics, a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Licentiate degree in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Universidade de Coimbra. Additionally, Marco has research experience as a Research Fellow at Universidade de Coimbra, contributing to the development of Ti-Matrix Composites for lightweight structural components.
