Elizabeth Scheurell

Elizabeth Scheurell is an experienced professional in human factors and innovation consulting, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Human Factors at EPAM Continuum since August 2022. Prior to this, Elizabeth held positions at Amgen as a Senior Human Factors Engineer and at Phillips-Medisize in various engineering roles, where responsibilities included overseeing human factors engineering processes and working within human-centered design teams for medical products. Elizabeth's background encompasses significant expertise in usability assessments, risk analysis, and product development cycles, supported by a Master of Science in Human Factors & Ergonomics from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Additional experience includes industrial design and engineering work for companies like Golden Calf Company and Regalo Baby International.
