Steven Beighley

Steven Beighley, Ph.D., currently serves as the Lead Human Factors Engineer at EPAM Continuum, where responsibilities include leading human factors activities to enhance the design of medical devices and life science products. Previous experience encompasses roles as a Senior Research Associate and Research Associate at Core Human Factors, Inc., where Steven managed projects for human factors studies and guided medical devices through various human factors processes. Earlier, Steven worked as a Human Factors Scientist at Exponent, conducting post-incident failure analyses, and as a Research Scientist at the University of Delaware, focusing on behavioral studies in Cognitive Psychology. Additional experience includes serving as an Instructor of Record at Georgia State University. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience, a Master of Arts in Brain & Behavior, and a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Delaware.
