Alina Naliesna

Alina Naliesna currently serves as the Head of AI/Run™ Business Development and Sales Enablement and Head of Engineering Excellence Business Development at EPAM Systems, a role held since July 2018. Prior to this position, Alina worked at IBM from March 2013 to June 2018, initially as a Territory Sales Representative, where responsibilities included driving sales of IBM software and cloud solutions while managing relationships with SMB clients in Ukraine. Alina's other roles at IBM included Sales Operations and Business Control Specialist for STG West CIS and an internship as a Cross Brand Field Technical Sales Specialist. Earlier in the career, Alina held a position as a Junior Researcher at the National Academy of Sciences' Frantsevich Institute for Problems of Materials Science. Alina holds a Master's Degree in Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies from the National Aviation University, which was completed in 2013.
