Anna Leszczynska

Anna Leszczynska is a highly experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in soft skills training and program management. Currently serving as a Lead Learning & Development Specialist at EPAM Systems since June 2016, Anna has delivered various trainings focused on key areas such as presentation skills, communication, and conflict management, primarily in online formats since 2020. Previous roles include consulting for Arla Foods, and serving as a GER Learning & Development Delivery Specialist at Intel Corporation, where coordination of onboarding and soft skills trainings was a primary responsibility. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Gdańsk University of Technology, along with certification as a Presentation Skills Instructor. Additionally, Anna is active in the Gdansk Toastmasters community and has engaged in various supporting roles throughout a diverse career in corporate settings.
