Ben Brinkworth

Ben Brinkworth serves as the VP and Business Unit Head at EPAM Systems, overseeing the Financial Services and Insurance business unit in the UK and Benelux, while expanding operations in Spain, Italy, and France. With a proven track record, Brinkworth previously held the position of Senior Director, successfully scaling the business to 28 customers and generating over $120 million in annual revenue. Earlier roles include Director, where accountability for profit and loss and client satisfaction was fundamental, and Account Manager for the largest Financial Services client in the UK. Prior to EPAM, Brinkworth accumulated six years of experience as a Futures Trader, Consultant, BDM, and Croupier in dynamic trading environments, focusing on derivatives and market operations. Brinkworth holds a degree in International Securities, Investment and Banking from ICMA Centre, Henley Business School.
