Dmitry Samal

Dmitry Samal is an experienced professional in the field of IT education and development, currently serving as the Head of the EPAM School of Digital Engineering at the European Humanities University since August 2022. Dmitry has held a position as Lead Learning and Development Specialist and RD Lab Head at EPAM Systems since January 2021. Additionally, a significant academic background includes roles as Associate Professor and Research Lab Head at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from September 2007 to December 2020, along with Associate Professorships at Belarusian State Technological University and other institutions. Early career experiences include the position of Project Delivery Manager at International Intelligent Machines Co. Ltd. and Senior Research Fellow at the United Institute of Informatics Problems. Dmitry holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the United Institute of Informatics Problems and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
