Freddie Leigh-Akompi

Freddie Leigh-Akompi is a seasoned professional in technology consulting and enterprise architecture with extensive experience across various leadership roles in notable companies. Currently serving as the Head of Loyalty Technologies at Empathy Lab by EPAM, Freddie is focused on developing next-generation AI-powered loyalty solutions. Previously, as Principal and Director of Technology Consulting at EPAM Systems, Freddie integrated business and IT strategies to enhance client engagements. Other significant roles include Chief Technology Officer at Setinty, Head of Enterprise Architecture at Capita for Smart DCC Ltd, and leadership positions at Intellectual Ventures, CGI, Centrica, British Gas, and Direct Energy.
