Iryna Nikolaieva

Iryna Nikolaieva has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Global Hire2Relocation programs at EPAM Systems since January 2020, Iryna specializes in hiring candidates for relocation to Hungary. Previous roles include HR Manager at Infopulse, where Iryna developed relationships with senior developers and managed the candidate processing cycle, and Senior IT Recruiter positions at Luxoft and SBT Systems Ukraine, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and mentoring junior recruiters. Additionally, Iryna has a background in freelance recruitment, providing consulting services, and holding HR management roles at several companies, including S.I.Group and Foxtrot, where responsibilities ranged from staff administration to overseeing regional HR managers. Iryna began a career in IT as a software developer after earning a Master's degree in Computer Science from Odessa State Academy of Refrigeration.
