Jarosław Stachowiak

Jarosław Stachowiak, FRM, is an experienced Systems Architect currently employed at EPAM Systems since December 2024, focusing on cloud platform architecture. Prior to this role, Jarosław spent over a decade at Chatham Financial, where positions included Staff Engineer in Security Engineering, Engineering Manager in Platform Engineering, and Lead Engineer in the same area, contributing to significant modernization efforts and successful data center migrations. Jarosław has also been a founding engineer at Budify, where technical strategies were developed to achieve product-market fit. Additional experience includes roles at HSBC and multiple research assistant positions at the University of Stuttgart and Poznan University of Technology. Jarosław holds multiple master's degrees in Computing and Information Technology, alongside a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Poznan University of Technology.
