Mariusz Róg

Mariusz Róg is the Head of Solution Architecture at EPAM Poland, where they oversee the work and development of over 270 full-time employees in a distributed agile and cross-cultural environment. With extensive experience in domains such as Payments, Wealth Management, and Investment Banking, Mariusz focuses on technical and project delivery oversight as well as stakeholder management in the US and EU regions. Prior to their current role, they held various leadership positions at EPAM Systems and Acxiom, where they contributed to mission-critical systems and mentored teams in both technical and personal development. Mariusz holds a Master's degree in Programming Technologies and Information Systems and a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from recognized Polish universities.
