Nastassia Kuzniatsova

Nastassia Kuzniatsova is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in process excellence and internal controls. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Finance Process Excellence at EPAM Systems since July 2011, Nastassia successfully established the Finance Process Excellence function, overseeing strategic benchmarking and managing financial systems roadmaps in collaboration with IT teams. Earlier roles at EPAM include Finance Process Excellence Manager and Internal Audit Team Leader, where responsibilities included preparation for IPO through financial process revision and SOX compliance. Prior to EPAM, Nastassia worked as Chief Methodologist at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, focusing on banking accounting regulation and economic reporting. Nastassia holds two Master's degrees, one in Law from Belarusian State University and another in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Belarusian State Economic University.
