Oleksandra Chudner

Oleksandra Chudner is an experienced professional specializing in social impact and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of ESG at EPAM Systems since October 2014. Prior to this role, Oleksandra held various positions at Ciklum from July 2007 to October 2014, including People Experience Manager, HR & People Experience Manager, and TA Manager. Additionally, Oleksandra worked as an HR Manager at QArea from September 2005 to June 2007 and as an Event Manager at The Jewish Agency for Israel from May 2001 to May 2005. Oleksandra holds a degree in Sustainability Studies from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and has obtained certificates in Project Management and Small Business Operation from the San Diego College of Continuing Education.
