Roman Sakharov

Roman Sakharov is a seasoned organizational leader with extensive experience at EPAM Systems since October 2009, currently serving as Senior Director, overseeing product management, program management, and consulting for client projects. Roman has held multiple positions within the company, including Director of Business Analysis and Head of the EPAM Ukraine Business Analysis Competency Center, and has led significant projects for a Swiss bank involving case management systems and Agile methodologies. In addition, Roman co-founded E5, a consulting company aimed at enhancing enterprise productivity through Agile transformation and training services. Roman's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Master's in Engineering focused on Information Security from the National Technical University of Ukraine, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the International University of Finance.
