Having worked at EPAM Systems from 2014 to 2016 as a Project Coordinator and later as the Lead of an AQA Team, Sergey excelled in improving test automation processes and managing large teams. They possess extensive skills in resource management and have successfully mentored newcomers while building strong QA teams. Sergey’s educational background includes a degree in IT and Automation from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Currently, they continue to enhance QA processes and mentor team members in their ongoing projects.
