Troy A. Mitchell

Troy A. Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and business development within the technology and digital transformation sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Account Management at EPAM Systems since February 2023, Troy previously held the position of Partner & VP of Business Development at WillowTree, where responsibilities included leading commercial efforts for notable clients such as Tractor Supply Company and Hilton. In addition to this, Troy has worked at Accenture as a Business & Integration Architect and Technology Consultant Manager, managing significant digital transformation programs for clients like Avery Dennison and Express Scripts. Earlier career experiences include roles at The McGraw-Hill Companies as a Business Analyst and Emplifi as a Product Manager.
