Alyssa Turner

Alyssa Turner has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Alyssa recently worked at Recycle Track Systems as the Director of Account Management for the Public Sector, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at Genesys from March 2022 to June 2023.

Alyssa also had multiple roles at Recycle Track Systems, including Director of Customer Success from August 2021 to March 2022, and Client Services & Project Manager in the Policy & Municipalities division from August 2020 to August 2021.

Before that, they worked at Recyclebank as a Program Manager in Community Marketing from May 2017 to August 2020. Alyssa'sresponsibilities included building relationships with key stakeholders, implementing business plans, and exceeding program goals.

Alyssa served as a Board Member at Arizona Recycling Coalition from February 2018 to February 2020. Alyssa also gained experience at Waste Management in various roles, such as Area Setup Liaison, Customer Experience Supervisor, Area Marketing Manager, and Project Coordinator, between 2010 and 2017.

Alyssa'searlier career includes the role of Coordinator of Student Activities at Georgian Court University from September 2007 to January 2010, and an internship at Global Planners in 2007.

Alyssa Turner completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which they attended from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration from Georgian Court University, attending from 2007 to 2009. Alyssa also holds a BA degree from Rider University, where they studied Journalism, Public Relations, and Political Science from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, Alyssa has obtained certifications such as the GWIT Room to Read Volunteer certification from Genesys in September 2022 and the Genesys Cloud Certified Professional certification from Genesys in January 2023.
