Krystle Fister is currently working as an HR Generalist II - Benefits & Compensation at EPB. Krystle has been with the company since June 2011 and is responsible for administering benefits for over 600 employees, retirement planning, employee relations, and engagement. Prior to EPB, Krystle worked at Advantage Resourcing as a Payroll & Human Resources Specialist and at Optimum Staffing, Inc. Krystle holds an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Cleveland State Community College, as well as a certification in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician.
