Nadine Berdon Rivera has built a solid foundation in customer support and operations over several years in the telecommunications and airline industries. Currently serving as a Customer Support representative at EPB of Chattanooga since June 2017, Nadine also contributes to United Airlines as an Operations Team Member since December 2016. Prior experience includes a role as Com Ops/Triage at Comcast Xfinity from December 2015 to December 2016 and as a CSR 3 at Cablevision from June 2012 to December 2015.
