Melissa McGraw

Melissa McGraw currently serves as the Head of Operations and Customer Support at FairClaims since April 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa held multiple positions at SalesHive from August 2020 to December 2024, advancing through the ranks from Sales Development Representative to Client Advocacy Manager. Melissa began a career in client relations and growth strategies while contributing to the company’s success. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder, completing the degree between 2007 and 2012.
