Mike Cohlman

Mike Cohlman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike is currently the Chief Financial Officer at EP!C, where they have been working since 2023. Before that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Heartland Health Services- Central Illinois from 2018 to 2023, overseeing the finance team and monitoring financial performance. Prior to that, they were the Manager Outreach Services at OSF HealthCare from 2017 to 2018, where they directed operations and developed budgets. Mike also worked as a Transition Consultant at ATI Phyical Therapy from 2016 to 2017, where they provided strategic guidance for acquisitions. Before that, Mike held various roles at CF Physical Therapy from 2003 to 2016, including CEO/CFO. Mike was also employed at State Farm as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst from 2001 to 2003 and as a Financial Business Analyst from 1999 to 2001. In the beginning of their career, they worked as a Business Analyst at State Farm and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Ameritech.

Mike Cohlman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
