Amr El-Sayed Ph. D.

Amr El-Sayed, Ph. D. has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Cost Control Manager at EPC Consultants, Inc. since May 2021 and as an Adjunct Professor at the Sid and Reva Dewberry Department of Civil, Environmental, and Infrastructure Engineering since January 2018. Previously, Amr held positions including Senior Project Engineer at The Lane Construction Corporation and Station Engineer with Purple Line Transit Constructors. Key responsibilities have included cost estimation, job cost monitoring, and the creation of Integrated Management Systems. Amr's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from El-Minia University, Egypt.
