Michele Pla

Michele Pla has a strong background in the water business, with experience in various leadership roles. Michele started their career at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission as a Manager for Wastewater Strategic Planning and Regulatory Control. After that, they joined CH2M HILL, where they served as the Vice President for the Water Business. During their time at CH2M HILL, they were responsible for understanding client needs and providing expert teams to address their challenges. Michele also served as a Regional Manager for the San Francisco Bay Area office. Following their tenure at CH2M HILL, they became the Executive Director of Bay Area Clean Water Agencies, where they managed a 54-member association of public wastewater utilities. Currently, they are the Vice President for Water Business at EPC Consultants, Inc., where they engage with clients to understand their capital program and utility management challenges and develops program support or construction management teams to address these challenges.

Michele also holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary and General Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
