Currently serving as Group CEO of Epcido Group since July 2015, Flemming has previously held significant roles at Ørsted as Package Manager and Module Group Owner for Substations Project Management, and as Senior Project Manager at Semco Maritime, overseeing EPCI projects in wind, oil, and gas. Flemming's background includes project development and business strategy at EnergiMidt Renewable & Sustainable Energy Solutions and leadership of projects at Siemens Wind Power and Vital Energi Utilities Limited, reflecting a strong foundation in design, contract negotiation, and execution of complex projects. An engineering graduate with an Academy Degree/MSc in Energy Technology and a Mechanical Engineering Degree in HVAC from Engineering College of Herning, Flemming combines technical expertise with robust managerial skills.
