Clem Kadima

Clem Kadima is an experienced Process Engineer currently working at EPCM Holdings since March 2021, focusing on data gathering and analysis in various sectors including oil & gas, mining, and energy, as well as the design of process engineering equipment and P&IDs. Prior experience includes a role as a Process and Project Engineer in Training at Neopak, where focus was on manufacturing brown paper for packaging, and a position as a Technical Writer and Editor at Sparrow Consulting, developing training manuals for various companies including Sasol and Nampak. Clem also completed a student trainee position at Lafarge South Africa, aimed at optimizing power consumption at the Randfontein plant. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Pretoria.
