Paul Hanson has a vast experience in the homebuilding industry, ranging from production management to executive roles. With a background in finance and administration, as well as project and division management, Paul has consistently demonstrated a knack for driving growth and profitability in their roles. Currently serving as the President of Epcon Franchising, Paul focuses on helping builders expand their businesses and tap into new markets. Prior to this, Paul held leadership positions at Arthur Rutenberg Homes and NVR, Inc., where Paul effectively managed construction activities, vendor relations, and overall division profitability. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Grove City College.
