Caroline Van Cauwelaert

Caroline Van Cauwelaert is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the fields of public health, digital innovation, and women’s empowerment. As CEO of EPCON since September 2021, Caroline focuses on leveraging data and AI to enhance public health systems in low- and middle-income countries. Caroline also serves as Chairlady of Sterca Netwerk, fostering a community of young women aimed at mutual inspiration. Previous roles include launching start-ups at Healthskouts, serving as General Manager and Chief Commercial Officer at Bagaar, and holding a board position at Flanders InShape. Caroline's educational background includes a master’s degree in Product Development and various certifications in board and director effectiveness.
