Kieran Pilson

Kieran Pilson, MBA, PMP, serves as the Senior Manager of Billing Operations and previously held multiple managerial roles at EPCOR since June 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Care Program Manager at Intuit, where operations across various consumer tax service aspects were optimized, and as Global Small Business Canada Customer Care Manager, overseeing customer care for QuickBooks products. Earlier roles include leading call center operations at ATCO I-Tek and managing sales teams at Neiman Marcus. Kieran holds an MBA from Athabasca University, completed in 2019.
