Todd Chaffey

Todd Chaffey is a senior HR and Labour Relations leader with extensive experience in strategic HR delivery, having held progressive roles across multiple organizations. They began their career as a Heavy Equipment Technician before transitioning to human resources at Syncrude Canada Ltd. and later serving as a Labour Relations Consultant and Director at EPCOR. Todd has also held managerial positions at Wajax Industries and ATCO Electric, demonstrating strong capabilities in HR operations and Labour Relations. Currently, they are the Director of Total Rewards and Labour Relations at EPCOR and a Board Member of the Alberta Labour Relations Board. Todd holds a BA from the University of Waterloo and a Master's degree in Strategic HR Management from the University of Denver.
