Wax Frias-Louden

Wax Frias-Louden has a extensive work experience with ePerformax and ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO. They started working with ePerformax in 2005 as a Performance Maximization Supervisor and later became the Performance Maximization Manager in 2006. In 2007, they joined ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO as an Assistant Program Director, and later became a Program Director in 2010. In 2015, they took on the roles of Business Development & Diversity and eventually became the Director of Sales and Business Development Supplier Diversity in 2017 at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO.

Wax Frias-Louden completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising Management from Lyceum of the Philippines University between 1994 and 1998.
