Yvonne Geißler

Yvonne Geißler has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Yvonne started their career in 2003 at DER Touristik GmbH, where they held positions such as Process Manager and Team Leader. In these roles, they were responsible for the introduction and management of a B2B hotel booking portal, including coordinating hotel procurement activities, optimizing internal processes, and representing the company at events.

Since 2018, Yvonne Geißler has been working at Eperi GmbH. Yvonne started as a Project Manager, leading strategic projects and supporting various areas of the company, including onboarding processes, recruiting, process optimization, and investor reporting. Yvonne later took on the role of Director of Marketing, where they focused on building a scalable marketing function, defining KPIs for measuring success, and improving the MQL/SQL conversion rate. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director Business Management, where they are involved in the company's transformation from a start-up to a scale-up. Yvonne'sresponsibilities include coordination of the strategy team, planning and execution of the company's scaling process, coordination of strategic projects, and improvement of operational processes.

Throughout their career, Yvonne Geißler has demonstrated a strong ability to manage and lead teams, implement process improvements, and support the overall growth and development of the companies they have worked for.

Yvonne Geißler pursued their education in the field of tourism. From 1997 to 1999, they completed their vocational training as a Reiseverkehrskauffrau (travel retail saleswoman) at DER Touristik GmbH. Yvonne then continued their studies at the University of Applied Sciences Worms from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a Diplom Betriebswirtin der Touristik (Diploma in Business Administration specializing in Tourism).
