Ariel Olaiz

Ariel Olaiz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ariel began their career as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2006. Ariel then worked at BlackRock, starting as an Analyst in 2007 and progressing to become an Associate in 2010. Ariel later served as a Vice President from 2011 to 2013. In 2016, Ariel joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate and worked there until 2017.

In 2015, Ariel became a Managing Partner at Xochi Ventures, where they held a leadership position. In 2017, they joined ePesos, first as the Chief Financial Officer until 2020, and then transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer, which they currently hold.

Additionally, Ariel has shared their expertise as a Mentor at Collective Academy since 2018. Their extensive work experience showcases their strong financial and business acumen, leadership capabilities, and ability to navigate various sectors and roles.
