Kairav Tarmaster (कैरव)

Kairav Tarmaster has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kairav (कैरव) began their career as a Business Analyst at Waban Software Inc in 2007. Kairav (कैरव) then joined Oracle India Pvt. Ltd in 2007 as a Sr. Consultant, where they worked on Oracle HDWF implementations in the healthcare domain, focusing on data profiling, developing mappings, and testing. Kairav also worked as a Business Analyst at Phase Forward in 2009 and as a Lead Business Analyst at Ephicacy from 2015 to 2018. At Ephicacy, they managed and delivered Structured Protocol Authoring (SPA) and Metadata Repository (MDR) for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. During this time, they developed core expertise in business analysis and product development. Kairav was promoted to Principal Business Analyst at Ephicacy in 2018 and later became an Associate Director in 2020. Throughout their career, Kairav has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering timely and successful outcomes aligned with customer goals. Kairav (कैरव) has a strong track record of developing and implementing products from initial ideas to large-scale implementations.

Kairav Tarmaster completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2000 and 2004. In 2014, they obtained HL7 Certification in Health Care Information Exchange. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued Post Graduate Diplomas in Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance respectively from Cliniminds, specializing in the field of Life Science and Health Care.
