Lucas Brooks

Lucas Brooks, MHA, currently serves as System Director of Provider Integration at Ephraim McDowell Health since January 2024. Previously, Lucas held the position of Managing Consultant in Strategy at Ovation Healthcare from January 2023 to July 2023. Prior to that, significant experience includes serving as Executive Director of System Integration and Government Programs at Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) from June 2020 to January 2023, and Assistant Administrator followed by Administrative Fellow at UNC Health from June 2019 to June 2020. Early career roles included Strategy Analyst at ARH, Graduate Intern at UK HealthCare, Revenue Cycle Intern at Parallon, Marketing/Community Benefit Intern at Ephraim McDowell Health, and Summer Associate at Pineville Community Hospital. Lucas earned a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance and Politics from Centre College.
